On the 4th fairway of the Homestead Golf Course in Midway, Utah you will find Turnberry Woods. Approximately 40 homes offering 5 different floor plans, designed by Rick Brighton, will be built on 40 acres. Rick Brighton is the same architect who designed the original Turnberry, designer of many golf and resort properties in Park City.

The floor plans range from approximately 2,800 to 4,100 square feet and offer quality fixtures and finishes.
