New for the 2007-08 ski season is the Lady Morgan Express chair, that will add a few hundred additional skiable acres to Deer Valley® Resort in the Empire Pass neighborhood. The terrain is superb in variety and beauty, with lots of trees, rocks, and incredible views. New runs have been cut that will delight beginner, intermediate, advanced, and expert skiers.

Additional space was added to the Rental Shop, our Children's Center, Signatures store as well as an additional store that will offer confectioneries, necessities, sundries and gifts. Deer Valley® Resort's restaurants offer a variety of dining options in three rustic, elegant day lodges - Snow Park Lodge (at the base of Deer Valley Resort), Silver Lake Lodge ( mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort) and the secluded Empire Canyon Lodge (at the top of the mountain).

The Canyons® Ski Resort

The incredible beauty you saw on NBC's Today show and Nightly News during the 2002 winter games was the Canyons Ski Resort. Matt Lauer said of his time here, "The Canyons® Resort was our Olympic home away from home. What a great stay. What a great mountain. What a great resort!"

The Canyons Ski Resort has jumped up rankings from #22 in 2004 to #14 in 2005 by Ski Magazine; the biggest jump of rank of any resort in North America. Skiers looking for The Canyons® Resort' terrain park in 2005 will find it at a higher elevation - providing more consistent natural snowfall assisted by a new snowmaking system for the park.
